Topic: It is widely said that increases in the rate of homeownership have unemployment as a result 

Reason:  Therefore, homeownership compels more and more people to be hesitant about moving away to find work elsewhere.

Example:   Taking as an example Spain where there is great ownership and great unemployment I contrary Switzerland has low ownership and low unemployment
